EXECUTIVE BOARD
EXECUTIVE BOARD POSITIONS
PASC has a variety of positions on our Executive Board for both students and adults. Below is a listing of positions, job descriptions, and terms of office. Individuals looking for more information about Executive Board positions should contact executivedirector@pasc.net or aed@pasc.net. Additionally, there are many opportunities for interested students and adults to serve at the regional level, and many of our state board members began as region board members. If you are interested in serving PASC on a region board, please find and contact your region director and representative on our site.
OFFICERS
STATE PRESIDENT/PRESIDENT-ELECT
Freshmen and sophomores may apply to be selected as the PASC State President-elect. Semifinalists are interviewed at the winter board meeting, and finalists conduct a presentation before the entire PASC Executive Board. The PASC President-elect is selected at the winter board meeting, and takes their position as PASC President at the following winter board meeting.
DIRECTORS & REPRESENTATIVES
REGION DIRECTOR
Each region will select their director in the manner of their choosing based on their own constitution. Their term of office shall be for three years starting July 1 of the year of election and ending June 30 three years later. Each region may establish its own procedures for filling vacancies.
REGION REPRESENTATIVES
Regional Representatives are elected at Regional Conferences by procedures determined by each individual PASC Region. The two-year term will begin at the Summer Board meeting of the year of election and ends at the summer board meeting two years later. Students who are interested in serving as a Regional Representative are encouraged to contact their Region Director for more information about the position. Each region may establish its own procedures for filling vacancies.
MIDDLE LEVEL REPRESENTATIVES
Each year two middle level students (students currently in sixth or seventh grade) are selected for a two-year term as Middle Level Representatives. One student is chosen from Regions A-E, and one for Regions F-J. Students are interviewed and selected at the State Conference or soon thereafter, and take their seats January 1. The position will be filled based on an application process, including submission of application by the deadline and is filled following an interview by the Middle Level Committee.

ALUMNI RELATIONS COORDINATOR
The term of the Alumni Coordinator will be for three years. Any individual who meets the criteria as listed in the job description is encouraged to apply for the position. The position will be filled based on an application process, interview, and a vote by a majority of the Executive Board.
AWARDS, RECOGNITION, & SCHOLARSHIP COORDINATOR
The term of the Awards, Scholarship, & Recognition Coordinator will be for three years. Any individual who meets the criteria as listed in the job description is encouraged to apply for the position. The position will be filled based on an application process, interview, and a vote by a majority of the Executive Board.
Diversity COORDINATOR
The term of the Diversity Coordinator will be for three years. Any individual who meets the criteria as listed in the job description is encouraged to apply for the position. The position will be filled based on an application process, interview, and a vote by a majority of the Executive Board.
GOVERNMENT RELATIONS COORDINATOR
The term of the Governmental Relations Coordinator will be for three years. Any individual who meets the criteria as listed in the job description is encouraged to apply for the position. The position will be filled based on an application process, interview, and a vote by a majority of the Executive Board.
MARKETING & PR COORDINATOR
The term of the Marketing & PR Coordinator will be for three years. Any individual who meets the criteria as listed in the job description is encouraged to apply for the position. The position will be filled based on an application process, interview, and a vote by a majority of the Executive Board.
MEMBERSHIP & RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR
The term of the Membership Coordinator will be for three years. Any individual who meets the criteria as listed in the job description is encouraged to apply for the position. The position will be filled based on an application process, interview, and a vote by a majority of the Executive Board.
Middle Level COORDINATORs
There are two Middle Level coordinators, one for Regions A-E, and one for Regions F-J. The term of the Middle Level Coordinators will be for three years. Natstuco & EDUCATIONAL RELATIONS COORDINATOR
The term of the NatStuCo & Educational Relations Coordinator will be for three years. Any individual who meets the criteria as listed in the job description is encouraged to apply for the position. The position will be filled based on an application process, interview, and a vote by a majority of the Executive Board.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
The term of the Professional Development Coordinator will be for three years. Any individual who meets the criteria as listed in the job description is encouraged to apply for the position. The position will be filled based on an application process, interview, and a vote by a majority of the Executive Board.
PROGRAM & OUTREACH COORDINATOR
The term of the Program & Outreach Coordinator will be for three years. Any individual who meets the criteria as listed in the job description is encouraged to apply for the position. The position will be filled based on an application process, interview, and a vote by a majority of the Executive Board.
REGISTRAR
The term of the Workshop Registrar will be for three years. Any individual who meets the criteria as listed in the job description is encouraged to apply for the position. The position will be filled based on an application process, interview, and a vote by a majority of the Executive Board.
